SEC Reporting Accounting Supervisor

Shape SEC reporting and financial controls at DIRTT, using GAAP knowledge, accounting analysis, and leadership to strengthen reporting accuracy. Calgary is the stated location.

As Supervisor of Financial Reporting, you will supervise quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs. The work includes reviewing financial statements, maintaining reporting controls, addressing deficiencies, and analyzing accounting standards. You will also coordinate audits and provide senior management with financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise quarterly and annual SEC report preparation
• Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements
• Develop internal controls for financial reporting
• Identify control deficiencies and process improvement opportunities
• Analyze complex transactions and accounting standard changes

Requirements:

• Five plus years of financial reporting experience
• Experience including managerial responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Strong GAAP, SEC, and financial reporting standards knowledge
• CPA certification preferred
