Secure Support Engineer

In this role you support PA's UK users outside London, developing customer service, automation, problem-solving, and secure IT support skills. You’ll work with a wider team to maintain a strong security stance and ensure IT services are secure, available, and compliant. You will deploy and operate diverse systems to keep environments functioning as expected, face varied requests, and contribute to project work. The role requires on-site presence and some travel, contributing to PA’s mission of enabling clients to transform with secure, reliable IT.

- First point of contact for users in a secure environment and handle/escalate requests as needed
- Provide technical support/input to team projects
- Create clear reports demonstrating environment usage
- Follow strict data management processes
- Support business-critical systems
- On-site availability 5 days a week with some travel to other offices
- Experience in a customer-facing IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Azure, Office 365 and Intune
- Preferably experience managing Azure platforms, specifically Azure Virtual Desktops
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation
- Strong communication across organisational levels and teamwork abilities
- UK single-nationality and 5 years UK residency for security clearance
