Security Alarm Support Technician

Johnson Controls in Manchester is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our ADT team. This full-time, office-based role involves providing phone-based security system support to field engineers and customers, with a typical day shift and occasional weekend work.

You will diagnose faults, use monitoring and programming software, deliver excellent service to residential and commercial clients, and support remote connectivity to alarm systems while maintaining accurate records.
