Overview

In this role you will contribute to Fortice's National Security and Defence Practice, delivering complex digital projects for Central Government. You will join a hybrid-enabled team across the UK, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to scale capabilities and support government clients. The role combines hands-on development with building the practice and ensuring security vetting requirements are met. This is a chance to grow technically while supporting high-impact public sector missions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver digital software solutions for Central Government projects within the National Security and Defence Practice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications
  • Contribute to the growth and maturation of the practice through technical excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Adhere to security and vetting requirements for working on government programs
  • Participate in hybrid work arrangements across UK offices
Key requirements
  • Active SC clearance
  • Eligible for DV level UK Security Vetting
  • Experience as Software Developer or in related roles
  • Willingness to work on Government-focused projects
  • Flexibility with diverse tech stacks
