Overview
In this role, you lead secure software development and testing practices within a security-focused delivery team. You collaborate with engineering and DevOps to embed security into CI/CD, drive vulnerability testing, and uphold secure coding standards. You’ll oversee security testing and tooling, monitor risk trends, and help raise the maturity of security processes across projects. This position enables you to shape secure software delivery for customers in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.

- Oversee delivery quality and SLA/KPI compliance across projects
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders on technical escalations and client reviews
- Manage secure development and testing services and reporting
- Embed security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD and maintain automated testing
- Oversee security testing planning/execution (static/dynamic analysis) and remediation support
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and metrics tracking
- 5+ years in secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps
- Hands-on security testing tools (Veracode, SonarQube, Burp Suite)
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, threat modelling
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Security or DevSecOps certifications preferred (CSSLP, CEH, GWEB)
- Eligible for UK SC clearance
