Security Incident Management Analyst

We are hiring for Security Incident Management Analyst

Location: Inverness or Preston – On-site (5 days a week)

• Experience in Cyber Security, Incident Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), or Operational Governance.
• Experience tracking and coordinating security incidents from identification through to closure, ensuring timely updates and escalation.
• Strong experience in supplier coordination, incident reporting, SLA monitoring, and governance activities within multi-supplier environments.
• Knowledge of incident severity classifications, escalation processes, Major Incident Management, and ITIL Incident Management.
• Experience maintaining incident records, governance documentation, audit evidence, and reporting dashboards.
