Security Operations Account Manager GTA

Lead security operations across GTA client sites with expertise in team leadership and client relationship management. This role combines field oversight with strategic account responsibilities.

As Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio for a Canadian-owned security and facility services organization. You will lead site supervisors, manage operational performance, and strengthen partnerships. The position supports Ontario operations through staffing, scheduling, budgets, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop security supervisors and frontline professionals
• Build relationships with clients, property managers, and stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and business reviews
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance, and contract compliance
• Manage budgets, labour costs, KPIs, and service expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of security industry experience
• Experience in security operations or account management
• Success leading large teams across multiple locations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's licence and GTA travel ability
