Security Operations Centre Dispatcher

Dispatch alarm responses and coordinate urgent communications as a Security Operator in Paladin Security’s Operations Centre. This part-time schedule runs Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings.

Paladin Security needs an Operator to facilitate communication among Security Officers, clients, and management throughout the province. The work involves dispatching, customer service, emergency requests, detailed reporting, and confidential information. Calm judgment and situational awareness are central to responding effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Manage email communication with relevant contacts
• Dispatch alarm response calls across the province
• Initiate after-hours emergency service calls and security requests
• Document information in comprehensive reports

Requirements:

• One to two years of related work experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and computer literacy
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Discretion handling confidential information and systems
