Commissionaires Great Lakes seeks a Duty Operator for its Security Operations Centre. You will manage communications, dispatch resources, document incidents, and support service delivery across multiple sites. The position requires multitasking across phone, radio, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarms, CCTV, access control, GPS tracking, and security platforms
• Receive, prioritize, and manage high-volume communications
