Security Operations Coordinator Winnipeg

Protect Bell’s AI Fabric in Winnipeg as a Security Operations Coordinator using access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response expertise. This is a full-time, on-site position.

As part of Bell’s AI Fabric team, you will help secure facilities supporting next-generation technology. You will protect people, assets, telecom and IT infrastructure while providing front-line support to employees and visitors. The work combines security operations, customer service, documentation, and emergency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor building access and verify credentials
• Manage visitor logs and conduct facility patrols
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency services
• Maintain reports while protecting telecom and IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Calm response under pressure
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Background check and reliability clearance
