• Lead physical, personnel and contract security operations onsite
• Manage and mentor a security team with clear direction
• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
• Provide security expertise to support high-priority projects and facilities initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and government security obligations

• Experience in security, defence, government or similarly regulated settings
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with strategic customers and influence senior stakeholders
