Selenium QA Tester C# Fintech- Tunbridge Wells

In this role you will join a fintech QA team embedded in an Agile development environment to influence product quality. You will contribute to both project-level testing and a wider quality community, shaping testing approaches and tools across the organization. You’ll work with cross-functional teammates to ensure robust software and build quality in from the start. • Work within an Agile team to test software and contribute to product quality
• Act as a key contributor to the broader quality community, sharing tools and techniques
• Perform functional, performance, and load testing across projects
• Engage in exploratory testing, test charters, heuristics and session-based testing
• Educate other engineers on quality practices and promote Build Quality In
• Influence automation timing and strategy to optimize testing efforts
• Collaborate with BAs, implementation consultants, developers, and PMs to ensure quality gates

• 2:1 Computing Science degree from an EU university
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, Cypress, xUnit, NUnit, React Testing Library, T-SQLT
• Demonstrated experience across functional, performance, and load testing
• Passion for delivering quality software and improving engineering practices
• Willingness to educate others and stay current with QA trends
• Strong exploratory testing skills and knowledge of testing approaches
• Understanding of when to apply test automation
