SEND Team Lead: Inclusion, Support & Development

Plymstock School in Plymouth seeks a SEND Team Leader to oversee a year group caseload, coordinate provision and track outcomes in line with the SEND Code of Practice. The role requires collaboration with teachers, teaching assistants and external agencies to ensure high-quality support for pupils.

The post is fixed term until 31 August 2027, full-time (37 hours per week, 39 weeks) with safeguarding and inclusive practice at its core.
