Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Windows & Cloud)

Intec Select is recruiting a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join the growing technical support team in the Greater London area. You will handle escalated incidents, troubleshoot complex issues across Windows Server, M365, AD/Azure AD and networking, and contribute to IT projects and documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar position, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. On-call duty is included, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
