Senior 3rd Line MSP Engineer — Cloud, Networking & Projects

Artemis Clarke Ltd in Ashford, Kent is seeking a senior 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP. The role covers Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, networking and security with an escalation focus and involvement in migrations, upgrades, and project work.

You'll support and mentor engineers, manage multiple customer tenants, and deliver documentation; a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites are required.
