Are you an experienced Third Line Support Engineer looking to take on more complex infrastructure and networking challenges?

We’re working with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Central London, supporting hundreds of businesses across the creative and engineering sectors. This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact projects, shape infrastructure strategy, and act as the technical escalation point for a talented engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve complex 3rd-line issues across infrastructure, networking, and cloud.
• Design, configure, and manage Windows Server and virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware).
• Oversee networks: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Implement and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Lead projects: migrations, upgrades, and hybrid deployments.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud services.
• Mentor junior engineers to build skills and expertise.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in MSP or fast‑paced IT environment.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell skills.
• Veeam Backup & Replication expertise; disaster recovery knowledge.
• Experience with Intune, MDT, Lucidlink, Egnyte, Azure, AWS.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client engagement skills.
