Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll own the preparation and review of P&Ls for two regions, partnering with operational leaders to explain trends, budget variances and business changes.
  • You’ll execute month‑end activities including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, allocations and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • You’ll gather and validate inputs for budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A and Operations.
  • You’ll lead month‑end financial review discussions and translate accounting insights into clear, practical business language.
  • You’ll contribute to system implementations, documentation and process improvements that strengthen controls and reporting.

  • Strong foundational accounting skills, account reconciliation, accruals, variance analysis, journal entries, month‑end cycle & close.
  • Experience with a large‑scale ERP and strong Excel skills, including formulas and interpreting financial data flows.
  • Adaptable, curious and comfortable taking initiative in an evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Note from the Hiring Manager

“We’re looking for someone who wants to understand the business behind the numbers, ask the right questions and work closely with Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who can bring initiative, curiosity and fresh ideas as we continue to grow.”
