About You
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Not-for-Profit sector experience
- Experienced with QuickBooks Online
- Detail-oriented and organized, strong in Excel including pivot tables, and able to juggle competing deadlines while communicating clearly across internal teams and external vendors
About the Opportunity
- Lead the QuickBooks Online Advanced implementation and data migration while overseeing general accounting, from reviewing deposits and journal entries to managing bank reconciliations and ensuring proper coding and approvals on invoices
- Own month-end and year-end close support, including preparing supporting schedules, assisting with audit documentation, and preparing and submitting HST filings and annual property tax rebates
- Provide day-to-day guidance to junior staff, review payroll audit reports and reconcile payroll accounts, and act as system administrator for online banking platforms
Pay Range
$80,000 - $85,000 per year
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
