Job Responsibilities :

  • Monthly capitalization & depreciation entries for GL
  • Monthly Fixed Asset
  • Complete annual/quarterly impairment review
  • Annual property tax return
  • Support annual financial statement audit & any govt. agency audits
  • Prepare quarterly/annual govt. reporting
  • Monthly review of subsidiaries
  • Monthly fluctuation analysis/accruals
  • Month-end close payroll
  • Reconcile GL accounts
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations as needed
  • Address accounting issues
  • Ad-hoc reporting & analysis as needed
  • Other duties as needed


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • 5+ years of Accounting/Finance xhqgsiq experience – public/private/auditing background
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasker, ability to work under minimal supervision
  • CPA is preferred
