We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a rotational position, offering the opportunity to contribute to diverse accounting processes while building your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and supporting documents across various business units.
• Rotate through core accounting functions such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Contribute to the implementation or enhancement of accounting systems and reporting tools.
• Identify and recommend process optimizations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, best practices, and relevant technology tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting.
• Proven technical proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
• Experience with major ERP platforms (such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft D365) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a rotational environment.
