Senior Accountant

$90k-$110k base salary + 20% bonus

We are currently partnered with a high growth Energy Services client who is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This organization has a great reputation in the renewable energy industry and is known for its great company culture. The accounting group works very well together and has a strong leadership team that provides many opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities for Senior Accountant in Denver, CO:

• Month end close tasks, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparations, fixed assets, accruals and variance analysis
• ASC 606 revenue accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting
• Support Controller in audit readiness and preparation for outside audit firm
• Help implement and improve accounting process

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting with 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, month end close, ASC 606 and 842 accounting standards
• CPA or working towards CPA is strongly preferred
