Senior Accountant Multi Entity Close

Manage multi-entity close and financial statements at Litco LSO, using reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting expertise. Support independent law firms through shared infrastructure.

As Senior Accountant, you will oversee financial results across multiple entities while reporting to the Finance Coach. The work includes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, regulatory filings, and audit support. Clear communication and careful prioritization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial results across multiple entities
• Resolve balance sheet, intercompany, and bank discrepancies
• Maintain supporting schedules, working papers, and compliant records
• Prepare GST and other regulatory filings
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Three-plus years managing close and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA designation completed or in progress preferred
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Ability to meet deadlines amid changing priorities
