Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Excel-driven Accounts Payable Analyst needed for high-volume transaction processing, invoice analysis, and accurate financial data management. Apply your technical skills daily.

This Accounts Payable Analyst role requires at least five years of accounts payable experience, preferably in high-volume environments. You will process supplier transactions, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies. The position also supports reporting, month-end close, and workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume transactions for suppliers and subcontractors
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Reconcile tickets, rates, quantities, and billings
• Prepare payments through EFT, wires, and cheques
• Generate Excel reports and data uploads

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of accounts payable experience
• Postsecondary Accounting or Finance education
• Strong Excel, lookup, pivot, and data management skills
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
