Senior Accounts Payable Analyst Excel

Excel-driven Accounts Payable Analyst processing high-volume transactions and resolving discrepancies with outstanding attention to detail. This role includes data uploads and analysis.

The Accounts Payable Analyst processes supplier, trucking, and subcontractor transactions. The position requires strong Excel skills, analytical problem solving, and customer service. It also supports payments, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions
• Perform three-way purchase order and invoice matching
• Reconcile delivery tickets, rates, quantities, and billings
• Prepare weekly and monthly EFT, wire, and cheque payments
• Generate Excel reports, analyses, and data uploads

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of Accounts Payable experience
• Postsecondary Accounting or Finance education
• Strong Excel lookups, pivots, and data management skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer-service-oriented approach
