Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

About Our Client

Our Toronto-based start-up client is seeking a professional and motivated Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to roll-up their sleeves and join their team. This position has a mandatory in-office component.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing - including the coding, processing and payment of the invoices
• Processing of employee expense reports and credit cared reconciliations
• Vendor account reconciliations
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Provide back-up assistance to payroll processing
• Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

The successful applicant has at least 3 years of full cycle accounts payable experience. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities is key.
