Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

Lead accounts receivable at Dulcedo with NetSuite expertise and credit judgment, shaping how efficiently client payments move through the business.

As Senior Accounts Receivable Lead, you will own the complete AR cycle across Dulcedo’s talent management operations. Your work spans client onboarding, credit assessment, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, escalations, and reporting. You will also improve automation and guide the AR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle
• Assess credit and set client portfolio limits
• Lead collections, aging, and overdue account escalations
• Improve cash flow and reduce DSO
• Develop AR processes, systems, and team capability

Requirements:

• Six or more years in AR, collections, credit, or financial operations
• Hands-on NetSuite fluency
• Experience implementing finance automation or AI
• Full-cycle AR, credit, reconciliation, and dispute resolution experience
• Team leadership, analytical judgment, and excellent communication
