Senior Acumatica ERP Administrator

Acumatica administration and finance operations define this senior remote role at Alimentiv, requiring hands-on configuration and SAP Concur experience. Support Canada-based operations from anywhere remotely.

As Alimentiv’s primary Acumatica functional and technical owner, you will administer Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project accounting operations. Configure Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, reports, and approval workflows. You will also support procurement development, integrations, upgrades, and governance across the shared instance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Acumatica configuration, access, security, workflows, and modules
• Optimize accounts payable, billing, reporting, and month-end close workflows
• Configure procurement processes, testing, training, and operational rollout
• Own SAP Concur–Acumatica integration triage and resolution coordination
• Support upgrades, change governance, validation, and post-upgrade stabilization

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience
• Hands-on SAP Concur invoice processing or administration experience
• Acumatica major-version upgrade assessment and rollout experience
• Experience configuring Generic Inquiries and Business Events
• Experience with push notifications and approval workflows
