Senior Agentic AI Architect

Architect agentic AI systems at Slalom using Python, multi-agent orchestration, and cloud platforms across hybrid client-facing delivery. Design intelligent products that move beyond isolated proofs of concept.

As an Architect or Senior Architect in Intelligence Engineering, you will guide AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions. You will work with product, engineering, design, and data practitioners while shaping projects from initiation through delivery. Your work spans AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end agentic AI architectures and coordination patterns
• Architect multi-agent systems using leading orchestration frameworks
• Build RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and production services
• Implement governance, guardrails, observability, and MLOps practices
• Lead engineers and smaller client projects through delivery

Requirements:

• Five-plus years building and deploying production software systems
• Two-plus years focused on Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic systems
• Strong Python skills and API framework experience
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, and cloud AI platforms
• Ability to travel up to 50% at peak times
