Senior Agentic AI Engineer Glean

Build production agentic AI systems with Glean and OpenAI for Ciklum’s enterprise client, working full-time across Canada. Bring strong LLM expertise.

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer, you will design autonomous agents on an existing enterprise AI stack. You will work with Glean, OpenAI, GPT Enterprise, AWS, or GCP. The work covers production delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver production agentic AI systems
• Build autonomous agents on enterprise AI infrastructure
• Own agents from design through production deployment
• Monitor, evaluate, and iterate agent performance
• Develop reliable, secure, maintainable production software

Requirements:

• Three or more years building production LLM systems
• Experience with tool calling, RAG, orchestration, and memory
• Practical OpenAI API and GPT Enterprise experience
• Hands-on production experience with Glean is required
• Knowledge of enterprise search and permission-aware retrieval
