Senior Agentic AI Production Reliability Engineer (Remote)

Ema Unlimited seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health, reliability and trust of deployed AI systems in production. You will act as a production engineer and incident partner to Engineering, Product, and Implementation, preventing major outages and providing clear customer communications.

The role is full-time and remote, with compensation guided by location, knowledge, and experience within the enterprise AI domain.
