Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer

Build production agentic AI solutions as a senior software engineer, using Python, architecture, and daily agentic coding tools. This is hands-on development, not machine-learning research.

You will create systems for customers and client using context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, skills, and orchestration. The work combines software architecture, agent guidance, output validation, and end-to-end delivery. You will communicate specifications, decisions, and roadblocks clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build production agentic AI solutions for customers and client
• Design agent harnesses, contexts, and development loops
• Use agentic coding tools daily to maximize output
• Validate APIs, dependencies, and security-related agent output
• Evaluate emerging AI tooling for Syntax practices

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of software engineering experience
• Five-plus years of Python experience
• Production software built, shipped, and owned
• Daily fluency with Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
• Proficiency in architecture, Git, and precise specifications
