Senior Agile Business Analyst

Lead Agile business analysis for complex I&IT needs while working hybrid, with up to three onsite days weekly in Guelph or GTA offices.

This Senior Business Analyst assignment provides comprehensive analysis services for clients with diverse business and technology needs. You will engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze requirements. The work supports determining suitable I&IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of client business problems and opportunities
• Document requirements for determining I&IT solutions
• Facilitate user requirement sessions and backlog grooming
• Create Epics and develop user stories
• Support user story prioritization with clients

Requirements:

• Five or more years of business analysis experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Microsoft DevOps
• Knowledge of AODA regulations and related standards
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Experience with product design and development lifecycle oversight
