Senior Agile Business Systems Analyst

Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops as a Senior Business Analyst in a hybrid arrangement at 5700 Yonge St. or as directed.

This senior role guides cross-functional teams through system analysis, design, testing, and implementation. You will define user stories, support sprint planning, refine backlogs, and translate business needs into functional specifications. The work also includes user research, personas, journey maps, prototypes, and incident triage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide cross-functional teams through requirements and stakeholder management
• Perform system analysis, design, testing, and application implementation
• Define user stories and support agile backlog activities
• Develop personas, journey maps, and prototypes for consultation
• Coordinate incident triage and keep stakeholders informed

Requirements:

• Experience working within agile frameworks and managing product backlogs
• Experience with web technologies, databases, and Cúram applications
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, COTS tools, and systems integration
• Strong requirements definition, prototyping, and feasibility study background
• Excellent communication and comprehensive documentation skills
