What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-powered product features.
• Build AI agent capabilities.
• Develop scalable backend services.
• Integrate AI models through APIs.
• Develop reusable software modules.
• Build and integrate MCP tools.
• Improve AI automation workflows.
• Design secure production systems.
• Troubleshoot complex software problems.
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Python or Node.js development experience.
• Experience with AI agent tools and frameworks.
• Experience building MCP tools.
• Strong REST API knowledge.
• Experience with AWS or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of agentic AI.
• Strong software architecture skills.
