Senior AI Agent Developer

Build production AI agents at Workleap, shaping orchestration, memory, and evaluation standards through remote work with Montreal office access.

As a Senior AI Developer, you will create agents for Workleap Agent and ShareGate across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Ops, and AI-Software Development Life Cycle teams. Your work will establish foundations for reliable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship production agents for briefs and product handoffs
• Shape shared orchestration, skills, memory, evals, and guardrails
• Own observability, testing, security, cost, and human approvals
• Co-design iterations with Product Managers and measure adoption
• Share agent development practices across the team

Requirements:

• Strong production engineering across agent development lifecycles
• Hands-on multi-agent production experience with orchestration, tools, context, and memory
• Experience with Slack, Atlassian, and MCP integrations
• Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems and tracking costs
• Architectural judgment across reliability, security, and model selection
