Senior AI Agent Developer – Conversational AI

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Associate, Digital Agent Developer to design, build, test, and improve AI-powered conversational agents across voice, chat, and email. You will work within the Sierra Agent OS ecosystem to create reusable patterns and optimize interactions for customers and business teams.

The role partners with platform engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure AI experiences. Prior Sierra experience is a plus; training is provided.
