Senior AI Agent Software Engineer

Design AI agents and complex software systems at lululemon, using AWS Bedrock, Python, and enterprise automation expertise. This hybrid role requires onsite work four days weekly.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead AI agent implementation across multiple services and components. You will establish API, data modeling, and integration standards while building scalable, reliable solutions. The Enterprise Automation team applies agentic automation and emerging AI technologies across lululemon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex systems and multi-service feature implementation
• Establish coding, testing, deployment, and integration standards
• Conduct code quality and design reviews across teams
• Provide architects technical input on system design
• Lead critical production incident response and mentor engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• Six to ten years developing complex software systems
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows in AWS
• Expertise with AWS Bedrock, serverless services, and Python
