Senior AI Agentic Developer

Build an AI Agent-based prototype with Python and agentic systems while working independently to automate defined workflows. Apply human-in-the-loop controls and guardrails.

This Senior AI Agentic Developer role focuses on delivering a functional prototype with strong engineering standards. Use PyTorch, LangChain or LangGraph, and llama-index for agentic and RAG delivery. Develop AWS Serverless applications using services such as Lambda, Fargate, S3, and Bedrock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a functional AI Agent-based workflow automation prototype
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls and guardrails
• Ensure critical code paths receive high automated test coverage
• Run weekly demos and incorporate feedback quickly
• Write clear documentation for straightforward further development

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in STEM
• Deep Python and AI tooling experience
• Proven agentic and RAG delivery experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Enthusiasm, drive, and desire to learn
