Senior AI Automation Developer

Build AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and secure integrations as a Senior AI and Automation Developer. Work with business and technical stakeholders.

This Data and AI Lead role focuses on designing, building, deploying, and supporting production solutions. You will develop AI assistants, intelligent document processing, automated workflows, and Power Apps. The role also covers requirements, testing, documentation, governance, and adoption support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain AI-powered business solutions and assistants
• Automate approvals, notifications, and exception handling
• Develop Power Apps and reusable solution components
• Translate requirements into designs, stories, and delivery plans
• Monitor production solutions and resolve incidents

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
• Five or more years of relevant development experience
• Production delivery experience using Microsoft technologies
• Strong process mapping and workflow redesign experience
• Ability to support communications, training, and adoption
