The role
- Discover and analyse business processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
- Translate business challenges into practical AI, Copilot, and automation solutions
- Help design Agentic AI experiences that improve productivity and decision-making
- Work alongside Solution Architects, Developers, and Consultants to bring ideas to life
- Support user adoption and help clients realise measurable business benefits from their AI investments
What you need
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of business processes and digital transformation
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, or Copilot
- A genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
