Senior AI Consultant

UK / Remote | Permanent | Data & AI Consultancy

Salary - £65k - £95k depending on experience + Bonus

I’m working with a leading and innovative Data & AI consultancy looking for a Senior AI Consultant to join their growing team.

The role combines hands on AI/ML delivery with client-facing consultancy, working across AI, machine learning, data science and advanced analytics.

The Role

• Design and deliver AI/ML and data solutions across Microsoft Azure
• Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops and solution design
• Work directly with technical and non-technical clients
• Support presales and technical demonstrations
• Contribute to new AI propositions and technical strategy
• Mentor colleagues and stay up to date with emerging AI technologies

Key Technical Experience

Experience across several of the following:

• LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI
• Databricks, Python, PySpark & SQL
• Machine Learning, MLflow & MLOps
• Azure data services and architecture
• LangChain / LangGraph
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• AI evaluation, observability & Responsible AI

What We're Looking For

• Client facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with discovery, solution design and/or presales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft and/or Databricks certifications are beneficial but not essential
