Senior AI Data Analytics Product Owner

Lead AI and data analytics products at Thales in Ottawa with a hybrid schedule, connecting stakeholders, engineers, and end-users.

This Product Owner drives product vision, strategy, and delivery across internally and externally developed products. You will research markets and users, prioritize product backlogs, and translate business requirements into user stories. The work includes performance analysis, iterative testing, and presenting product decisions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product vision and strategy aligned with objectives
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research
• Create, manage, and prioritize product backlogs
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analyze performance metrics and user data

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Six to eight years as Product Owner or Manager
• Five years translating business requirements into development tasks
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with data analytics and artificial intelligence products
