Senior AI Data Integration Engineer

Design AI-ready data pipelines with SQL and Python at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. Work hybrid, with three days in office.

As a Senior Data Integration Engineer, you will build enterprise data foundations for AI and analytics. Your work includes ETL/ELT, orchestration frameworks, semantic enrichment, and governance controls. You will support reliable, explainable, enterprise-ready AI systems across financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes across diverse data systems
• Enable real-time and event-driven data flows
• Implement security, privacy, compliance, and bias controls
• Enrich datasets for LLM, RAG, and embeddings
• Build connectors and APIs for enterprise data access

Requirements:

• Experience building resilient pipelines for structured datasets
• Strong SQL, Python, and orchestration framework skills
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Microsoft Fabric
• Expertise in data modeling and vector databases
• Knowledge of AI ethics, security, privacy, and auditability
