Senior AI Enablement Analyst

Microsoft 365 Copilot expertise meets practical business enablement in AltaGas’s Senior AI Enablement Analyst position. Help teams adopt AI through training, workshops, and measurable use cases.

This business-facing, hands-on role supports enterprise AI adoption across AltaGas. You will work with business teams on Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, automation, and approved AI platforms. The position combines stakeholder management, learning experiences, facilitation, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify workflow improvements with business teams using approved AI capabilities
• Develop role-based adoption plans and learning experiences
• Lead training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and office hours
• Facilitate testable AI use cases with defined outcomes
• Track adoption, feedback, progression, and business outcomes

Requirements:

• Three or more years in AI enablement or related fields
• Experience delivering training, workshops, demonstrations, or communities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and generative AI
• Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
