As a Senior AI Engineer in the Workday Practice, you bridge data science and software engineering to productionize AI/ML solutions. You collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver robust AI features within Workday offerings. You focus on integrating models into production, optimizing performance, and maintaining reliability, while helping grow the technical capabilities of the team. • Solid software development experience in Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models to production with MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native AI tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML Studio)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Data engineering skills (data pipelines, wrangling, enterprise data integration)
• Exposure to agile software development and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
