Senior AI Operations Analyst

Ciena seeks a hands-on Senior Analyst, AI Operations and Governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI services. You will manage configurations, access, service health, gateways, agents, and operational controls. The work spans Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio services
• Monitor platform health, adoption, availability, and operational readiness
• Manage LLM gateway providers, policies, quotas, and audit logging
• Govern AI agent registration, testing, deployment, and retirement
• Create dashboards covering usage, costs, errors, and policy violations

Requirements:

• Hands-on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Entra ID experience
• Enterprise LLM Gateway or AI Gateway administration experience
• Agent governance, AgentOps, or AI lifecycle control experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Typically five or more years in related technology roles
