Five or more years of non-internship software development Mentoring, technical leadership, or engineering team leadership experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Production LLM experience on AI acceleration hardware preferred Six or more years of full software lifecycle experience preferred Apply senior engineering judgment to AI performance tooling, Neuron Explorer workflows, and optimization guidance for Trainium customers.
