Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a large retail client. You will work across AI engineering, platform engineering, and developer productivity. The platform supports requirements, design, implementation, testing, review, and verification throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and productionize AI agents and agentic workflows
• Develop MCP, tool calling, and agent orchestration integrations
• Create evals and guardrails for reliable agent outputs
• Improve internal developer tooling and platform capabilities
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, and templates

Requirements:

• Senior-level software engineering experience
• Hands-on AI agent development and production deployment experience
• Experience with MCP, evals, guardrails, and agentic workflows
• Strong platform or systems engineering background
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java
