Senior AI Platform Engineer

Build reliable AI platforms at Motive with Python, cloud infrastructure, and production software engineering across applications, services, and inference systems.

As a senior engineer, you will ship production software and AI systems on secure, cost-disciplined cloud infrastructure. You will design services, operate inference platforms, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The work connects reliability, governance, and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and ship production services, APIs, and interfaces
• Own implementation, testing, reviews, deployment, and maintenance
• Build production RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning, and serving systems
• Architect AWS or GCP environments with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Optimize GPUs, routing, models, and AI request costs

Requirements:

• Five or more years owning production software systems
• Strong Python and one additional development stack
• Production backend services, APIs, and AI or ML experience
• AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experience
• Proven cloud or AI spend reduction or governance
