Generative is seeking a Senior/Staff/Principal AI Engineer for the AI Platform to own the end-to-end research-engineering lifecycle, from question to production impact. You will design training data workflows, supervise model fine-tuning (including RL and harness optimisation), build evaluation loops, and collaborate with software engineers to ship robust, observable systems.

Hybrid work with two onsite days.
